Members can create proposals from reusable templates, discuss them in threaded comments, and cast votes on important decisions — with options for secret ballot voting to protect anonymity. Members can also delegate their vote to a trusted colleague via proxy voting. Elections support both single-choice and ranked choice (instant-runoff) voting methods. The system tracks participation, calculates results based on your bylaws, and maintains a complete history of all democratic decisions with PDF export. Additional tools include meeting agendas, bylaw version tracking with diff views, bulk document import, structured forms and surveys for data collection, external committee member portals, and implementation tracking with milestones.

Yes! FlockWorker manages pay periods, calculates wages, tracks deductions, and distributes profit shares based on your organization's distribution model — whether that's equal shares, hours worked, or equity-based formulas. It also generates NACHA files for direct deposit, produces W-2s and W-2c corrections for year-end tax filing, and includes year-end readiness diagnostics to catch issues before filing deadlines.

Security is our priority. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Authentication is handled via EconChangers SSO with multi-factor authentication support. We enforce granular role-based access controls, nonce-based Content Security Policy headers, CSRF origin validation, strict tenant data isolation, and parameterized queries to prevent injection attacks. File uploads are validated with magic-byte content checks, and sensitive downloads use HMAC-signed time-limited tokens.
