A member is any active team member or employee with a FlockWorker account in your organization. Inactive or deactivated accounts are not counted.
Yes. Pay annually and save 17% compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed once per year based on your member count at the start of the billing cycle.
Yes. Upgrades add new modules immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and your data is always preserved.
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade and lose access to a module, all your historical data is preserved. If you upgrade again later, everything will be right where you left it.

Payroll Complete adds automated ACH direct deposit, real-time payment tracking, micro-deposit bank verification, and IRS electronic filing (W-2/1099) to your payroll workflow. It's $29/month base plus $2 per member per month, available on Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans. ACH direct deposit transactions also incur a processing fee of 0.8% per payment, capped at $5.00 per transaction — this fee is passed through at cost with no markup. Without the add-on, you still get NACHA file export, W-2/1099 PDF generation, and manual payment tracking at no extra cost.
No. Every plan with the Payroll module includes NACHA file export, which generates the standard banking file format for direct deposit. You download it and upload it to your bank's portal. Payroll Complete automates this process so you don't need to interact with your bank's portal at all.
Forms and surveys are available as a standalone Survey plan at $20/month with 100 responses/month included, or with unlimited responses on Starter+ plans where they are part of the Governance module. Training is part of the HR module on Starter+ plans — with video, text, and quiz content, progress tracking, certifications, and role-based auto-assignment. Unlike SurveyMonkey ($25/user/mo) or Trainual ($249/mo), these capabilities are integrated into your existing workflows, not bolted on as separate tools.
The Survey plan is our entry-level option at $20/month flat (no per-member fee). It gives you access to the full forms and surveys feature set — 17 field types, reusable templates, response collection, and analytics — with 100 responses per month included. If you need more, add the Response Pack ($10/mo for 200 extra responses) or Unlimited Responses ($29/mo) add-on. Starter+ plans include unlimited responses automatically.
